Julian has extensive experience with start up’s and scaling businesses from founder to executive levels, improving business outcomes and achieving 80x growth in revenue and 100x increase in profitability over his tenure.

He has extensive multi disciplinary experience in establishing and developing c-suite teams, leadership, strategic planning, operations, business development and OH&S & compliance.

He’s particularly interested in sustainability and the circular economy, working on bespoke solutions with clients who have Reportable Priority Waste challenges.

Sam is a highly experienced leader in waste and environmental services with over 30 years in the industry. Starting as a driver and later founding a state-of-the-art treatment facility, he possesses an unparalleled, holistic view of the sector. His expertise spans Waste Treatment and Collection, Logistics and Fleet Management, Maintenance and Engineering, and Customer Delivery.

Today, Sam's extensive knowledge is a strategic asset; he holds a crucial board seat, providing high-level strategy and invaluable operational insights to the organization.

Michael brings 30+ years of experience in Industrial Services, including Non-Destructive Digging, Drain Cleaning, Environmental Resources, and Waste Management. He has successfully owned an industrial solutions business and held senior leadership roles encompassing General Management, Safety, Finance, Operations, Administration, Business Development, and Strategic Planning.

Michael has managed multi-disciplinary businesses of up to 80 staff, delivering complex Industrial contracts for Tier 1 customers like CPB, John Holland Group, and various Rail Level Crossing Projects.Big Build Projects. Michael is committed to leading the business and promoting our strong values and is committed to upholding the highest standards of service for all clients.

Steven has over 25 years of Industrial Services experience, from hands-on field work to senior management. He has successfully managed projects for Tier 1 customers on major initiatives, including the Tullamarine Widening Project, Melbourne Airport works, multiple Level Crossing Removals, and Big Build programs.

His background, including being a former business owner, gives him a deep, practical understanding of Industrial Services and Waste Management, emphasizing quality, accountability, and strong customer relationships. He is committed to upholding 30XY's high service standards and established family values.

Travis oversees all operational functions, leveraging over 15 years of comprehensive experience across Industrial Services, Waste Management, and Concrete Cutting & Coring.

His deep, hands-on expertise in concrete cutting and associated activities, coupled with his managerial background, has driven the successful delivery of significant projects for major clients across Victoria and interstate. His broad industry knowledge and understanding of customer expectations make him a vital asset to our operations and clients.

With over 15 years in Industrial Services, Waste Management, and Environmental Services, Lachlan excels in operating and maintaining NDD, drain-cleaning, and vacuum truck equipment. Highly regarded for technical skill and site leadership, he has delivered major works for Tier 1 clients.

Currently, Lachlan manages site supervision, customer relations, and works scheduling/programming. He also oversees staff training and inductions, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and consistent service delivery across 30XY.

Brittany's fresh perspective, energy, and enthusiasm have made a quick and significant impact, despite her being new to the industry. Her reliability and professionalism have already led to Tier 1 customers consistently choosing to return.

Currently serving as the Commercial Finance Manager for 30XY Group, he plays a pivotal role in partnering with the executive team to align financial strategy with operational success.

With expertise in multi-entity reporting and cash flow management, Evan is known for delivering the high-level insights necessary for informed board-level decision-making. He is dedicated to building robust financial foundations that support the long-term growth and sustainability of the group.
